Little Boy's Hands Crushed by Men in China

Not sure what's the back story, but I suspect the boy was caught stealing and the mob surrounded him and punished him. I don't support this kind of inhumane punishment, he's just an 8 year-old boy. Supposedly happened in Canton (Southern China) on August 13th, 2011.
